Refund Policy
TBrosDigital is an honorable company – we guarantee all of our products and put our customers first. However, refund restrictions do apply to digital products purchased through our website to protect us from exploitation. We reserve the right to refuse refund of digital purchases due to dissatisfaction with the product, if your hardware does not meet the products minimum requirements listed, if the product’s serial key has been disclosed to you through email or on our website, or 14 days after the order date. All such sales are final unless it can be proven and verified that the serial key is faulty.
Refunds, or credits may be issued solely at the discretion of Touchstone Bros., LLC if we find your request within reason and due to special circumstances.
